Gone totally AWOL and off the wagon, but thought I should still post even if not doing too well. Me and hubby are separating and it's been the worst January ever. But I won't let that stop me making any effort to not drink. And even though I am not doing too well against my target, I'll keep posting.

@Dryjan - sorry to hear about you and hubby and it is totally understandable that you are finding it hard to stay AF - I think that under the circumstances, any AF days are a bonus. Wholeheartedly agree with @cathybird in that you need to look after yourself.6
