Evening Everyome, 

I have just done an 11 page catch up! 

Well done on all of you for your abstinence. 

I am on day 20/31. And overall I’m on Day 158 unbroken. 

I’ve had visa issues trying to get into the country I was going to, so heading elsewhere instead!  Means I’ve lost flight money, airport transfer money too BUT I did not drink. It’s funny when one of your sure fire coping mechanisms comes up as an afterthought, although it did take a while to get to that stage. 

Good luck to anyone struggling tonight. I can remember the days where I’d have to virtually wrestle my own conscience to keep away from the booze aisle when I went into M&S and it wasn’t that long ago.
