21/28 for me today please although I had a momentary "sod it" thought at dinner time after a day that included 4 hours driving and trying to keep up a stream of chitchat - never my strong point ... Thankfully there's no wine in the house, so I stayed on track!!

In my experience, Leffe, Cobra and Guiness are the best! (AF, obviously!).  24 please and wind-free (weather!).

17 for me please Cathybird. Obviously not going to meet my Jan target, but a really significant reduction from having a glass with dinner most nights.

I quite like Becks Blue now, always have some in the fridge as my first option.

Thanks to everyone for the support here, it's a lifesaver and I am so grateful. 
Me and hubby had a good talk last night and are at least on a civil level, best I can hope for in the difficult times ahead. 
Managed another night so 8 AF now please @cathybird.
No intentions of being AF tonight as am out with a friend on the town! Will be many beers and tears!
