Missed an update, but now at 4/30. Won't lie, last night was a bit of a challenge and I was grumpy (things on my mind and not very good at dealing with it, clearly!) but I got through it and am bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning.7

I succumbed to a glass of wine with my dinner last night, so 4/25 for me today, please, to keep myself accountable.
I really want to have a drink only on special occasions, so would prefer to never drink at home, if possible.7 -

Been a weak start to the year as far as drinking is concerned, I just couldn't get out of the drinking vibe after New Year. So only on 3/21 AF today.
Really sorry not been posting much but a very Happy New Year to everyone, wish I was in a better place but I will get on top of things.7
