    Sorry to hear you're struggling @Watty1
    Hope life is feeling a bit better for you now? Did you ever see the "Gran" on instagram giving her take on life and what she suggests (to her grand daughter) if you're struggling a bit? I listened to it dozens of times when life really was feeling bleak after i had lost everything. The granddaughter who originally posted it is "@christina.paints" (on instagram) & the reel of her gran talking to her is still up there. It might help - what she suggests is meant kindly.
