6/25 for me today please.
DH and I were out for dinner last night with relatives, and tempting though it was to have a glass of wine with an excellent Italian meal, I cited Ash Wednesday and abstinence - family all know I'm a "faithful"What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?7 -
Last week I was having a terrible time at work and used this as an excuse to buy a bottle of wine on the way home every night. Of course the next day, with a wine head, things seemed even worse and it started becoming a vicious circle. This week I was determined not to drink and not surprisingly things are so much more in perspective. Alcohol has always been my go to relaxant/de-stresser, but it actually has completely the opposite effect on me. Hopefully in time I'll find something else to replace this because it doesn't even work! Anyhow 6/20 today please Cathybird7

I managed 21/24 AF days in February, and just one so far in March - I blame the lure of Aperol spritzes, as I am on holiday in Italy; although it could just be that I have weak willpower - I must try harder!
Good luck with your March challenges everyone!

I had a planned glass of wine with dinner yesterday to celebrate my birthday. Very enjoyable but I wasn't tempted to have another and enjoyed a late evening hot chocolate (much nicer if truth be told 😄). I won't be drinking today so 6/25 please cathybird. Thank you. X4
