20/20 for me today please. 

Has anyone else found they have "white coat syndrome"? Where their BP shoots up if a medico measures it. Mine went up to 170. I measured it at home afterwards over three goes and it was 137, then 129, then while I was stroking my doggie it went to 117 - maybe I should take my dog with me next time!

Same for me on the BP Satchmo, they will insist on having a conversation while doing it when actually I need to sit quietly for a moment before they do it, and do controlled breathing with my eyes shut while they do it and then the readings are acceptable.   

It would have been so easy to have a cheeky glass of something cold as I gardened in the sunshine but I resisted.
