19/28 for me please. I have family visiting and had a few glasses of wine last night celebrating one of their birthdays. Pleased I stopped after two - and found it easy to do so - but it’s overshadowed this morning with feelings of i wish I hadn’t bothered drinking at all. My intention was always to drastically cut down never completely stop so these feelings have taken me a bit by surprise.
