I need to view video footage from earlier today but can't seem to do it. Do I need a subscription?

    Yes. Without a subscription you. Can only watch the camera live.

    Yep, live only without a subscription with Ring.

    They dramatically increased the cost of the subscription last year, which is a pain when you are already committed to their infrastructure. £4.99 a month, or £49.99 a year for the basic plan, with only one camera / doorbell.
