Moving from Vanguard - Where to and any cashback?

So I have 13k in a stocks and shares ISA (FTSE all world index). Wife has 26k in the same.
With the £4 monthly charge the plan is to put 6k of my ISA into my wife's to take her over the 32k threshold where the charge of £4 applies.
Then I need to open a new ISA somewhere else for my 7k. Was thinking there could be a cashback offer. I hear InvestEngine is cheap. Is there anything I should be concerned about? Looking for a similar Global all world equities ETF.
Alternatively, could move my wife's account too from Vanguard if there is any advantage.
Not going to be maxing out ISA allowance this year.
Thanks

Freetrade offer £150 for an inward ISA transfer of at least £10,000, but you must initiate the transfer by tomorrow. And you have to open an ISA with them first, and have a paid-for account.

Last year HL's Cashback offer started in late January, but there are no rumours yet and it has been observed that last year they were fattening themselves up for sale which may make them less keen this year.

Busy dealing with the exodus of clients now that there's a minimum account fee. Probably sussed out that a smaller client base with a larger average holding is far more profitable. Requires fewer customer agents who are going to cost a lot more to employ after the 6th April.Johnjdc said:Last year HL's Cashback offer started in late January, but there are no rumours yet and it has been observed that last year they were fattening themselves up for sale which may make them less keen this year.1 -
HL isn't making any changes to its fees as far as I'm aware. But they'll surely deal with an exodus of clients when they've served their minimum 1 year term to avoid the cashback being clawed back.Hoenir said:

What minimum account fee? As far as I know HL still charge me nothing.

They have a current cashback offer, but it is only to selected customers and is less generous than the last couple.Johnjdc said:Last year HL's Cashback offer started in late January, but there are no rumours yet and it has been observed that last year they were fattening themselves up for sale which may make them less keen this year.
As you note they are now under new management.
I think the minimum amount would be too high for the OP anyway. The current cashback offer from Fidelity has a minimum level of £50K for example.0 -
What's the minimum fee? I've not been informed about any changes?Hoenir said:

Vanguard has introduced a monthly £4 fee for UK customers investing less than £32,000 to meet rising costs. From January 31, the charges will apply to clients who self manage their stocks and shares Isa, general account or personal pensions.jimjames said:

Thanks all, seems like there is not a standout deal right now. Will keep an eye over the next week or so by which time I will be opening an ISA with one of them.0
