Physiotherapist cost

Hi there,
Not sure if this is going to make sense, so apologies in advance.
I have had a non fault car accident, the ins Co has paid out on car as it is a write off and because I have add on personal injury benefit they are reimbursing me for physiotherapy sessions.
My question is, am I able to put the physiotherapy costs on the injury claim form from the solicitors too?

Do you mean can you claim for the physio twice?
Aside from possibly getting a criminal record, you might find it difficult to drive again once you're refused insurance.
