1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by Destinology, a trading name of Destinology Ltd, a Brooklyn Travel Limited company, located at 42-44 High Street, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 1BL, United Kingdom. Registered in England and Wales under company number 04293908.
2. How to Enter: To enter the prize draw for a chance to WIN a 7-night cruise with Explora Journeys, participants must manually submit the entry form - where no purchase will be required to enter - or all Destinology holiday bookings made during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. By booking during this promotional period, customers consent to automatic entry and processing of their data for competition purposes.
4. Promotion Period: The competition opens at 00:00 on 01 January 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 21 January 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
5. Eligibility: To enter, participants must:
   o Be aged 18 or over.
   o Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
   o Be eligible to travel.
   Employees, agents, or representatives of Destinology Ltd, the Brooklyn Travel Group, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be detected by email and address checks and may be disqualified.
7. Acceptance of Terms: By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

9. Travel Responsibilities: The winner and their travel companions are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, necessary visas, adequate travel insurance, and comply with all other relevant travel requirements and Terms & Conditions.
10. Non-transferability and Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided. The prize cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed for cash. The winner must be the lead passenger on any trip redeemed with the prize.
11. Prize Substitution: Destinology reserves the right to amend or substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control prevent the awarding of the original prize.
12. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random no later than 7 days after the prize draw closes. Winners will be notified by phone, email and post. Failure to respond to the prize notification within 14 days may result in the prize being withdrawn, and another winner may be selected at Destinology’s discretion. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to the use of their name for publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media channels and marketing materials. Winners will be asked to provide photographs and videos during their prize-winning trip, as well as answer a Q&A, which may be used online and on social media platforms.
