McDonald’s/Uber - incorrect order (allergy) but refusing to refund

Just for the record I no longer use uber eats for anything at all, as our last McDonalds order was picked up by a vile woman driver who called me and said she was outside and can we see her, no she’d gone a couple of streets away. Trying to give her directions was painful, ans she wouldn’t listen and by the time she managed to find our house the food was cold. 

According to her it was our fault and she even threaten to chuck to food away. 

I made a complaint to uber eats about her and they part refunded me. Never used again.
