But surely a 13.5 tog down duvet is the same as 13.5 tog feather duvet? (apparently tog rating measures the temperature of the two surfaces of the material)

Thanks, I've just ordered a single, the code was accepted so a single quilt with delivery £5.50. Now that's what I call a good deal, I'm glad I found this forum.:j

I went on their home page logged in then went to the contact page and emailed them I told them that never authorised them to take this amount and that to cancel my order and refund my money immediately I have had confirmation of my order being cancelled but no REFUNDas yet and I have checked my bank just now and still not there money taken on 3/1/08:mad:

I ordered other stuff (some good deals on duvet sets), but you could potentially get a single duck duvet at £2 if code accepted!:T

Just ordered a single duvet using the £15 voucher, and for £5 I've got a brand new duvet for my son's bed. Didn't realise at the time you could do if for free delivery. But I'm still really happy with my bargain.:rotfl:

Ordered a KS on 2nd January had confirmation email and it has just been delivered even though I was informed the delivery date would be 22nd January.

The money,£35. was taken yesterday, and immeadiately £15 was credited back so the quilt has cost £20 as per the confirmation email and order form, top marks to Marshall Ward, unlike the Debenhams debacle last year.

I also queried why I had been charged the full price when my email confirmation said only £5.50 and I received this email reply back the following day

Thanks to the Op - I ordered the 13.5 double used both vouchers so got it for £10. When I checked yesterday they'd debited the full amount then credited back the voucher value and it said the duvet would be with me on the 22nd so I still expected that at some point they'd
email and say no sorry you can't have it ... that is until 5 mins ago when it arrived here by courier!
