How do we get the money refunded? Is it put straight back onto your card?Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -
Yesterday I placed an order with marshallward for 6 feather pillows using the £15 off voucher code quoted by younge1. Today I had this email:
Dear Miss Hopkinson,
Thank you for choosing to shop at Marshallward
Unfortunately we are unable to process your recent order as our records show you are not eligible for the promotional discount applied to your order. Terms and conditions apply. Therefore we are unable to process the order with the promotion.
However, if you wish you can re-submit the order without the promotion if the goods are still required, simply click here.
We look forward to seeing you online soon!
Kind regards,

I'm not sure why I wasn't eligable. Maybe its just for duvets? Anyone else had same problem?0 -

I ordered other stuff (some good deals on duvet sets), but you could potentially get a single duck duvet at £2 if code accepted!:T
Brilliant - Just ordered a single dovet for my little boy who is moving into a single bed when his new one arrives and with £3.50 delivery and the £15 off voucher my total was £5.50 - bargain! :T0 -
i cancelled my order after being charged 28.50 already taken from my bank yet not going to be delivered until the end of January and customer services saying that this was the price that I was going to be charge although I had only authorised them to take 13.50 from my bank they have taken more I am not impressed at all never shopped with them before and wont again0

I notice the duvets are described as Duck feather NOT Duck down which is a significant difference. Down is a very good insulation but feathers have little thermal value as far as I am aware.so be careful out there.

Thanks OP what a bargain! I actually went for the sintethic anti-allergy duvet and with the £15 voucher and free delivery it was a steal! BTW Both vouchers were deducted at the checkout for me, I only paid the balance. :beer:0

I placed an order on 01/01 using the £15 discount code - order came to £46 in total (without discount). I checked my account today and there is a £46 debit for Marshall Ward and also a £15 credit from them - don't know why they didn't just charge me £31 to begin with rather than debiting and crediting my account on the same day. Anyway, it worked! - oh .... and my stuff arrived today to!!
thanks for starting this thread! :T0
