my daughter is adopting a child with special needs she is in adoption leave from her job her leave is due to run out this week she has applied for carers allowance but been refused she was supposed to start back at work next week but her employer wont work around the school hours and say she has to resign from her job her husband works she is min carer for the child can she re apply for carers when adoption leave money stops this week

Was she turned down to Carers Allowance because of her income? If so, she will be able to claim when her income drops below£ 151 a week after tax, National Insurance and expenses.The comments I post are my personal opinion.
