The Screwfix part number is 608HA and it comes with a starter (aka ballast) which you also replace. It's a direct fit for the OPs 5ft tube.

The starter isn't the same thing as the ballast.  The starter is a small cylindrical part which can usually be changed by the user without having to open the light fitting up (i.e. has external access).  The ballast in old-style fluorescent lights looks roughly like a transformer and is located inside the fitting.  But there are other arrangements, including HF fittings that don't have 'external' starters, as well as non-HF fittings that have electronic control gear.

For anyone else looking at this thread, I recommend replacing the fluorescent light fixture with something like this:

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ceiling-Bedroom-Daylight-Kitchen-Hallway/dp/B0895HDPWT

They are very easy to DIY, if you’re a bit handy, and they look pretty smart.

The main problem with fitting is that the fluorescent lights have space inside  for the connection and the leds don’t.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

A batten like this is also a good alternative - especially if the ceiling has been decorated around an old linear fluorescent fitting.

These battens have plenty of internal space to accommodate any wiring.
