If you can keep them at outdoor temperature then all should be fine.
If indoor only - then all non-meat should be ok.
Of the suspicious items:
- boiled eggs, 2 days is OK
- cheese should be ok next day
- mayo, butter, they last days really
Again, we're talking homemade from fresh ingredients rather than unknown from shop or using ham with Use By date tonight 😅1 -
Don't use mayo on anything you are leaving out for very long. I got food poisoning after my sister's wedding reception that way. I would keep everything separate and put together when it was time to eat. Fruit like a banana or apple would be okay also. I used to keep a pack of tortillas for school lunches and add cheese sticks, roll them up together when needed.3

I would ask paddington bear, he seems to take lots of sandwiches with him and he looks ok. I think he even had the queen copying him. 🧸🐻4

Marmalade and butter on bread isn't it for Paddington's sandwiches (jam would work also).1

Does it need to be a sandwich? I just don't imagine it would be particularly good to eat after a day and a half.
If you don't wish to spend on a meal OP, I'd be more confident that fruit (apples, satsumas etc) and nuts and perhaps the odd biscuit would keep me going if needed. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.1 -
