Medical telephone call only assessment happens 21 July 2024

Letter from LCWRA appears on Jornal in September 2024 payments increase till Decemeber when UC decide to back date to May 2024

Ive had a serious leg injury surgeons reports fit notes

I cant see any breaks , a few comments that its runiing out I comment back upo dtae and move on cant see any back dated fit notes

Im going to local doctors to get a print out of all fit notes and timelines to prove it should be back dated 30 months not just a random 8 months

Is this good actions as im requesting a mandatory appeal

As said on the other thread where you posted - any gaps in the dates that the fit notes cover could be a problem.
From what you have said I don't think this applies, but:
You have to have reported to UC that you were unable to work because of illness/injury and then be providing the fit notes at the time you get them/the time UC request them.
Fit notes from more than a week before you first reported to UC that you were unable to work because of illness/injury will not normally be accepted.
The only way to find out what has happened is to ask UC why they have only backdated to May 2024.
You would usually do that as an MR.
PS. Just one other thing - does any note anywhere on your journal/account say anything about the backpayment?
In particular does it say that it is a partial payment and there may/will be more to come?
They will sometimes split-up large backpayments into more than one, it's supposed to be a "safeguarding" measure so that vulnerable claimants (known addicts, alcoholics, gamblers, etc) don't go mad wih a big payment.
They have recently been criticised for not doing that, so may have swung too far in the other direction and started splitting-up all large backpayments..
