Thanks for your help so far with Smart Parking. Really helping to put my mind at ease. However, another Parking Charge Notice to Keeper arrived this morning, this time from from NCP. Duration of visit: 9 minutes, the NCP employee must have jumped straight onto the car. I have just spoken to the duty manager, who advised that it's not their land and having no power. When I persisted and showed her that the car was onsite for an extremely short period of time, she took my details and said she'd raise with head office for me.
Should I wait for the manager to action or should I also send the "one size fits all" template to NCP from Newbies section (if that's the suitable route)?

Wait a bit to see if Plan A works, but don't miss the appeal deadline if it doesn't. Appeal around day 26 either way if a NTD was left on the vehicle windscreen unless a cancellation is forthcoming.
Do complain to your MP as well, and ask when the new mandatory code of practice is going to be introduced to support the Parking Bill that received royal ascent and became law in 2019.

Parking Eye are the usual contractor for Asda, not NCP, so the manager at Asda may well be correct, it may not be Asda property, meaning that they may well be tenants
In which case don't rely on Asda, find out the details for the retail park management company or actual landowner and complain about the PCN to them as well ( unless it's just a private NCP car park that happens to be near Asda ? )3 -
Just look at the main retail park entrance sign (not the parking terms entrance sign) for the info on which property agent runs the place.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
