    Yes, I applied online as an existing customer but wasn't given new account details or the option to fund the account. Logging in now falls each time after putting in the 2FA code.

    I had the same with my RBS Digital RS. I withdrew £2k on the 5th December and replaced it back in full on the 12th only to have £1099 (?) returned to my RBS Current account with the message you can only deposit £150 per month. As the interest rate for the digital RS will be cut to 5.25% as of 19th January 2026, I'm in no rush to replace the returned amount and will just add monthly funds with whats left over / compound interest.
    The same has also happened with my Natwest Digital RS (Interest rate cut to 5.25% as of 19th January 2026) It was a nice loophole while it lasted!

    Mine matures on 13th January. I think it had gone "branch only" a while back, so I wouldn't have been able to renew it anyway.

    Which you wouldn't have been able to renew online anyway!

    Coventry Loyalty Seasonal Saver, matured yesterday. Funds transferred for now into my Coventry 5 access paying 4.15% rather than sitting at a lower rate of 2.2% or in transit over the weekend.

    I also opened and funded one last night, as a new customer. I must say, it was one of the easiest and quickest that I have ever opened.

    I know this probably won't help, but ... I opened one yesterday evening at approx 21:30 ... part funded it with a debit card. Everything seemed to go OK .
     I tried yesterday evening between  8-10pm with the part funded debit card option & nominated bank account several times and it was the same application error each time - cookies also cleaned. I even tried a couple of other browsers just in case and that was a no go too. 
    Unfortunately, the issue still remains - i've tried as a new customer, an existing customer, and trying to apply once logged in:-( No doubt it will have to be a phone call as it staes it's a 'techinal issue' ?
