Whatever happens, I hope they announce any rate reductions before year end so that an informed decision can be made as to what to fund in January. Nothing worse than a rate cut just after you’ve funded that account in favour of another.
I'll try and play it tactically - prioritise funding accounts which allow more withdrawals. So Hanley and Darlington (2 withdrawals per year) will be bottom of the pile for January. Most of my other accounts are either fixed rate or unlimited withdrawals. Skipton tracks the base rate so we know where we stand there.

Progressive BS Online Regular Rainy Day Saver Account (Issue 4) at 7% appears to be NLA, p1 of this thread and the archived thread shall be updated this evening.
Typical, my 5.50% one (on which they won't allow closures) matures in a couple of weeks' time 🙄
Yes mine also, which they are probably well aware of. I would think they will reduce issue 5 to 6% following the anticipated base rate cut tomorrow.
Or have a new issue at a lower rate? Progressive are well known for reducing their interest rates which is why some of us have ended up with a 5.5% Rainy Day (Issue 3) Saver Account (albeit personally emptied except for £1) which we can't close as per T&C's  :/

Anyone else got problems accessing Monmouthshire accounts this morning?  ‘My Accounts’ is not displaying at all on the website and on the app I just get ‘Customer not found. Please try again’.
Always worked previously and no indication of any maintenance….🤷
Says the same for me. I’ve been lucky with it until now, it’s never given me an issue before.

I literally have no idea where I am now but I am holding my breath.
One of my Principalities matured today and as far as I know the maturity instructions were rejected by secure message - there is another maturing tomorrow, also rejected maturity instructions  - so I've not logged into Principality today and really I was going to wait until Friday to see what the full devastation was.

Just checked the current account and £1222 odd has arrived so at 1st glance it looks like £150 has rolled over ... (similar amount arrived on the 5th from a mature account but that was followed by £150 later in the same day at about 4 in the afternoon)

Still time for the extra £150 to arrive tomorrow .
Nothing personal but 'devastation' is a little melodramatic. We have all milked this one for a long time and now it is running dry. Let's be grateful for what we have made knowing full well it was against the rules. Time to move on down the milking parlour.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.

Yes exactly. The current issue is Issue 4 but that is NLA, so the next issue (Issue 5) will be at reduced rate I can only presume…

No doubt the latest issue (Issue 4) will also be reduce following tomorrow. But if it drops to 6.5% from 7% that would still do for me.

    Coventry BS RS

I have a CBS account due to mature on Friday/Saturday.

Could someone remind me of CBS process withdrawals on the same day/over the weekend?
Anyone have any recent experiences with RS maturities at CBS?
