Anyone else got problems accessing Monmouthshire accounts this morning?  ‘My Accounts’ is not displaying at all on the website and on the app I just get ‘Customer not found. Please try again’.
Always worked previously and no indication of any maintenance….🤷
I've logged in on the app okay. Coventry, however, is sending me round in circles back to the log in page every time I click on one of my accounts
I had problems logging into Coventry's online banking in the early hours (couldn't even get in, as after the SMS code inputted, I was getting a 'there's been a problem' (or some such) message) - tried again just now, and all appears to be working as normal once again.
Had same problem at around 2am but the app was working fine.

    So is Coventry.

Re principality my 2 Year Healthy Habits Saver Bond will mature on the 21st.
Opted for a second Christmas reg saver. It’s been accepted.
Went online around 01.00am on the 10th and gave instructions.
Nothing now until the 28/02/26 when I have an issue 3 & 4 maturing on the same day.

The issue is, many have had instructions accepted only to receive a message / email to say otherwise. So good luck but don't count your chickens just yet.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.

Progressive BS Online Regular Rainy Day Saver Account (Issue 4) at 7% appears to be NLA, p1 of this thread and the archived thread shall be updated this evening.
I reckon something else has been withdrawn too.... moneyfactscompare was showing 71 accounts yesterday, today there's only 69. I can't work out what else is missing.

That is disappointing as my Rainy Day Issue 3 matures on 2nd January. Hopefully they will come up with something almost as good after any base rate change.🤞

Typical, my 5.50% one (on which they won't allow closures) matures in a couple of weeks' time 🙄

Just got a letter today saying it’s been accepted. So fingers crossed.
    Only 4 day to wait.

I literally have no idea where I am now but I am holding my breath.
One of my Principalities matured today and as far as I know the maturity instructions were rejected by secure message - there is another maturing tomorrow, also rejected maturity instructions  - so I've not logged into Principality today and really I was going to wait until Friday to see what the full devastation was.

Just checked the current account and £1222 odd has arrived so at 1st glance it looks like £150 has rolled over ... (similar amount arrived on the 5th from a mature account but that was followed by £150 later in the same day at about 4 in the afternoon)

Still time for the extra £150 to arrive tomorrow .

Yes mine also, which they are probably well aware of. I would think they will reduce issue 5 to 6% following the anticipated base rate cut tomorrow.

Whatever happens, I hope they announce any rate reductions before year end so that an informed decision can be made as to what to fund in January. Nothing worse than a rate cut just after you’ve funded that account in favour of another.
