Are you saying the website is incorrect as CS confirmed it is 2 off withdrawals per tax year.Kim_13 said:

Their website states max 2 withdrawals per tax year, but 1 year Online Smart Saver (TAR10) T's&C's sheet sent with welcome letter states max 2 per Society year. CS have confirmed the website is correct and T's&C's sheet will be corrected.
As the website said 2 per tax year, they would have had to make the change as that is more favourable to the consumer (4 withdrawals over the account term if timed right rather than 2.)0 -

I opened the Cashminder account (due to no hard credit check) purely to get their RS. Don't use the Cashminder at all. It sits at £0 all the time except for few seconds on the 1st of every month when it gets £250 paid into it and then quickly transferred out directly to the RS. Don't know why I do it that way - force of habit I guess. You can fund the RS directly from an external account totally circumnavigating your Coop current account.SH88SH88 said:Is the Coop Bank OK (in general) ? ... thinking specifically about the RS, but also the current account (as the current a/c seems mandatory for the RS) .in preparation of finally applying for their RS, I applied to open a Co-Op Cashminder on 20th October, but received a letter today (27th dated 22nd) that because my Experian account has Creditlock in place, the application has been cancelled (would have saved time to send email or text)... it wouldn't have stopped them doing a soft search (hence why I didn't unlock it), but apparently they do a credit reference check... so i've unlocked the Experian account and resubmitted the application... just a heads-up for anyone wanting to get a Co-Op Regular Saver.on a positive note, I received both Hanley letters today, so could finally login and fund the account.0 -
Just got a weird text from Yorkshire Building Society saying well done for paying into my Regular Saver (even though I haven't for months). Upon checking, I've had interest paid (even though it's not due to mature for five days).
Might be worth checking your 2025 Christmas Regular Saver if you've got one.
EDIT It doesn't seem to be letting me withdraw the money, thoughI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?1 -
Can confirm I have 33 pounds interest now showing in the YBS 2025 Christmas RS total, I have only paid in 10 lots of 150 poundssurreysaver said:

Hanley RS - I phoned the BS this morning, spoke to a very helpful agent who gave me a temporary login. Once I used this, and the temporary password sent by post, I was able to login and change both to something of my choosing.Well done that agent. Equilibrium has been restored.0

Can't remember how much I paid in, but I withdrew it all except £1 when the interest rate went down to less than 5% and have had £10.38 interest addedmon3ysav3r said:

4 withdrawals over the account term, 2 between now and 5 April and 2 between 6 April and maturity. This is the implication of what the CS confirmed.chris_the_bee said:

I thought this was Hanley Economic. Not aware of them having a strange bonus element to the rate, Hanley simply charge an interest penalty on the amount withdrawn if the withdrawals allowed are exceeded.chris_the_bee said:
Correct, however, conditional bonus would be lost for both calendar years. Why would anyone do that to end up with a 1% interest rate? Weird account terms.Kim_13 said:

Sorry, I was getting confused with Beverley BS regarding the strange bonus element to the rate, so ignore my previous post now deleted.Kim_13 said:
