Anyone's £50 RS restrictions cleared please yet?
Nope. Opened Saturday, passed the 'Mitek' verification straightaway and still waiting... I've been with YBS for a number of years and have quite a few savings accounts already, FWIW.And still stuck at the starting gates for this one. I did send YBS a message about not being able to deposit due to 'restrictions', to which YBS responded:"I have had a look into your account and it shows the account is going through some further checks.Under regulations for the prevention and detection of financial crime, we have a responsibility to verify the identity of each applicant before opening a new account, even existing customers." - if we elect to have it paid away to the nominated bank account, would that count as a withdrawal?
- if we elect to have it credited into the same account, would that count towards the monthly £150 deposit limit?1 -
