Can't see anything about a maximum balance in their T&Cs.clivep said:NationwideRegular saver matures later this month. 13th payment has been returned. In the past Nationwide has allowed the 13th payment. Is this a change in policy?
It says "If you try to pay money into your account, and the payment would increase the balance by more than £200 in that Calendar Month, we’ll reject the whole of the payment. We’ll return any rejected electronic payments to the account the payment was made from." That would suggest to me that a 13th payment is possible.1 -
Loughborough Fixed Rate RS 5.05%
Can monthly payments be missed? Thanks0 -
I closed Coventry Loyalty 3 today. Money arrived within 1 hour. There is no penalty because "The penalty for closing the account is waived if Coventry BS have announced a cut to the interest rate of this account in the last 30 days."Kim_13 said:I have sent a secure message requesting closure of my Coventry Loyalty (3) and also used the app to request a partial withdrawal from my Sunny Day Saver, as despite the letter showing maturity as today, it seems the account doesn’t actually convert until tomorrow. Instead of putting money aside for September expenses in August I put that into savings, so happy to have the remaining balance earn interest until tomorrow given that it won’t be heading to Regular Savers.
Afterwards, requested a withdrawal from Skipton Member Bonus Saver. Those funds have landed, but still waiting on Coventry. It did say today though, so although not as fast as Skipton, they’re quicker than they used to be.
Money from Skipton MBS arrived in less 30 minutes.0 -

Mine hasn't been returned. The same with issues 1 and 2 - I always ended with £2600+interest balance.0 -
ironically, mine just arrived this morning - as you say, terrible design... says to complete section a&b, but section a only contains fixed rate bonds (the link on the form also doesn't include RS4 as an option - not logged in, so they don't know I have one)... also, no prepaid envelope - so it is easier to do it online or phone (if you can get away with it) - i'll make a note what to do online next time (the 4th option) and hope it works.gt94sss2 said:
I don't have the paper form in front of me atm but I recall there being a free text box (in Blue?) where you can manually enter the name of another account. Top right rings a bell..janusdesign said:
it was the same with RS3 - they sent the leaflet for it, but it wasn't an option on the paper maturity form.friolento said:
RS4 leaflet is enclosed with the letter. It’s just not an option on the instruction formsurreysaver said:
Maybe the letter was posted before the Issue 4 existeds71hj said:So my Principality RS issue 3 maturity instructions now show online. The RS 4 is an option, which is wasn't on the letter I received. It feels like the jury is out on here whether timing or random chance dictates whether /how to get such a request through successfully when you already have an RS 4
I'm wondering if today as a non working day followed by a busy Monday morning would. be worth a try. Thoughts?
Not the best designed form though and easier to submit instructions online..0 -

No, you must pay a minimum £1 per month.
Found the summary terms and it does indeed say min £1 monthly deposit.
Although doesnt mention what happens if you dont make a payment!
They have no online banking so i cant see whats happening there, maybe i will send them an email query.1 -
I wouldn't bother to email. Just pay £1 for September now and let them tell you you are naughty.Aidanmc said:
