As far as I can remember, I initiated it myself via account management once it'd matured to their Easy Access account.Sussex_Green_Man said:
Were you able initiate the FP transfer yourself from the account management options or did you have to request HRBS to do it for you?10_66 said:Yes, my balance was transferred to my nominated bank account by FP (I did keep the account open with £1).

My HRBS RS matured on Friday 29th November 2024 and it was converted into an easy access account. I transferred out the balance leaving £1 in the account. My 2024 regular saver interest was then credited the next day (Saturday 30th Nov) during the evening around 6pm.ForumUser7 said:HRBS RS
Did people find interest wasn't showing straight away after it converted to an easy access, and if so, how long did it take to show please? Thanks

Co-operative BS Regular Saver (Issue 1)
The maturity date for my RS is 22nd February. I've looked at the T&C's and there is no mention of being able to close this early to open another (and so kind of 'refresh' my RS) while it is still available. Has anyone successfully tried this?

14 days? You got off lightly. It took them over 6 weeks with me. 12 phones calls with 6 filed complaints & 3 email complaints. No interest added, undergoing an investigation, false promises of interest being paid etc etc. I took them to the Financial Ombudsman in the end and never had interest and compensation paid so fast. All monies put into my new Co-op Regular Saver and it doesn't count towards the total amount paid in.chris_the_bee said:Co-operative BS Regular Saver (Issue 1)

I've just spoken to Furness BS. The Christmas regular saver is due to be launched on Wednesday 8/1/25.Bobblehat said:Furness BS
Sorry to be so vague but Branch Staff keeping their cards close to their chests today. I did get that there is a new RS on the way shortly, according to internal email but no hint of rate or if Loyalty type or not. ... so keep watching!
They are uncertain of the details so I'd say take the following with a pinch of salt but the rumours they've heard from head office suggests the rate will be around 5.25% with Ts&Cs otherwise largely the same as last year.
The major difference between this year and last year's accounts though is that the new account should allow you to apply online.24 -
Nationwide have announced a series of rate cuts for their savings accounts as of 1/2/25.
Of note is that their Flex Regular Savers Issue 2, 3 and 4 are not included so are set to remain at 8%, 6.5% and 6.5% respectively.
Thanks to @GalacticaActual for bringing that to my attention in another thread.23
