had travel insurance, hopefully they may pay most of the money, but someone mentioned credit card cash back?? If they don’t pay from insurance
anyone have any ideas

This is a travel insurance claim.
Chargebacks or section 75 claims from your bank only work if the supplier is in breach of contract, which the cruise operator wouldn't be.1 -
If they mean either a chargeback or Section 75 claim, then I don't believe either would work.
These are options for when the retailer fails to deliver on their contract to the consumer, and in your case it was you who were unable to turn up and cancelled - the cruise company haven't done anything wrong.
You'll need to claim on your travel insurance.1 -
If you cancelled then you have no chance claiming from any card provider, either credit or debit.

As others have said, this is a travel insurance claim. Nobody else to claim against. The cruise was going so S75 or chargeback isn't relevant.
