Or is it a case that there was no actual chargeback reason they could use, in which case no refund due.
When I phoned up the warranty provided during time of sale, they didn't have a clue about this sham garage, so it was missold in the advert which was infuriating also.In addition, there was an oil leak not disclosed during the sale too. Live and learn I guess!0
