Three mobile - 2 missed payments

I logged into my clearscore file a few weeks ago. I was surprised to find 2 missed payments from Three mobile - 1 for July and 1 for October this year.

I wasn’t made aware by Three of any missed payments and the direct debt for each month went through normally as usual.

I rang them few days go to put in a complaint regarding this and, thankfully I got a very pleasant woman who was helpful. She said this was an issue with my bank, but stated that payments were received on time and this has happened to other customers. While on the phone I also disputed a recent bill to be incorrect which I received £32 off from my next bill.

She stated that the missed payments would be removed and I shouldn’t be concerned or worried.

I’m grateful to Three for dealing with my compliant and being pleasant to me but I’ll wait to see in Jan or Feb if the payments have been updated. Anyone else had an experience like this? Strange experience.

    Only issue that bank would cause would be if you did not have enough funds in your account to pay the DD Which you would get a message from the bank about & a time to pay it in by so the DD can be payed that day.

    Other than that a DD is retailer controlled.
