The prize comprises a seven (7) night cruise exploring the Leeward Islands for two (2) people including;

a)Indirect return economy flights from a London airport to St Martin

b)Return transfers from the airport to the cruise ship port

c) Seven (7) night’s onboard an Emerald Cruises luxury yacht sharing an Oceanview Stateroom on one of the below dates:

• 24th January 2026 to 31st January 2026
• 13th December 2026 to 20th December 2026
• 9th January 2027 to 16th January 2027
• 6th February 2027 to 13th February 2027
• 6th March 2027 to 13th March 2027
• 3rd April 2027 to 10th April 2027

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in onboard for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken by on one of the dates indicated above. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.

4) Children are welcome onboard Emerald’s luxury yachts, but it is worth noting that they are not specifically catered to in terms of onboard amenities and facilities, or onshore excursions. A luxury yacht cruise with Emerald is much more suited to adult guests.

5) Booking is subject to availability. 

6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

7) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the cruise or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

9) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

10) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

11) Onboard Emerald Cruises luxury yachts, there are lifts that service all decks. Guests with limited mobility will require help from a companion, since the crew is limited.

12) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

13) Passports, Visas and City and ECO taxes are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner.  Channel 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

14) Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion. 

15) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

16) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

17) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other  travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.

18) Cruise and in resort transfers kindly provided by Emerald Cruises.
