Options
Title says it all really - can’t see what the charge of 5 pounds odd is for - item was 370 pounds and buyer asked to cancel - no listing fees no selling promotions no subtitles?? - what’s it for ?
thanks

Where are you seeing the £5 charge?

  • did you have a reserve price on the item
if so they charge you a fee for this even if buyer asks to cancel albeit i think it would have been more than £5

i have  refunded same as yourself many times when buyer asks to cancel before i have posted it and from memory i have never been charged anything / but i they were all £10 to £20 sales never a big ticket sale like £370
  • Has eBay taken the postage?
If so you need to cancel the postage label for a refund
  • No reserve price either - will have a look at the postage situation though thanks

The easiest way to know is whether or not you bought a postage label.
