I have a good video of the car park, but not sure how to best attach it as an exhibit. Any ideas?
You reference the exhibits with your initials and a number, such as EAP01, EAP02 etc ( if you were Elvis )1 -
I am not sure para 2 works because Jake is employed by VCS not a third party legal firm. Personally, I would drop that.
The rest looks good.

WS sent by email to both parties, with the County Court sending a confirmation of receipt email.
I'm VERY happy with my WS and evidence, and ready to present everything at the hearing, thanks everyone for helping out.
Will keep you posted!3 -

Also take a look at the new idea of posting and/or social media sharing of the 'Parking Charges' fake 'PCN' message created by @kryten3000This is a new idea for a simple campaign to keep this matter current, to alert Martin Lewis and Watchdog, National press, the Financial Conduct Authority and Competition and Markets Authority, etc.
It's at the end of the thread in a reply today:

No deadline for sending those 'PCNs' out and about. Can be tweeted, no printing unless you want to send a few out.
And the deadline for responses to the questions in the Government Survey has been extended. Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum so as many motorists as possible should add their voice and be heard.CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!!!
Today I defended my case against VCS and won. The case was dismissed and I got awarded costs for loss of earnings.
The Judge was very friendly and since the start I felt she was sympathetic to my cause. Because the signs read "No parking" she said that there isn't an offer and therefore no contract. She also agreed that there was no loss for VCS or the landonwer (City Council) or any damages incurred by me. She also mentioned how the time of the contravention in their PCN (13:07) wasn't the same as in the pictures in their exhibits (12:56 and 13:02) and that therefore there wasn't any proof that I was parked there at 13:07.
The whole thing got settled in 30 mins. I barely spoke, it was more a conversation between the Judge and VCS' solicitor. I was awarded £36 in loss of earnings to be paid by VCS in the next 14 days. After the hearing, VCS's solicitor asked for my bank details for payment. She was nice and even apologised for what I had to go through in the past year, I even felt bad she has to work for such horrible people.
Anyway, INFINITE THANKS to everyone who put their time here day after day helping others to fight unfair and abusive PCNs and the companies behind them. I am happy I fought and made them incur in legal costs plus it feels really good getting them to pay me, even if it's just a small amount.
Will post here a pic of the court dismissal document once I get it.
