Hi all

Thanks to the advice I've been so grateful to receive on this Forum (thank you all so much) have had confirmation from HMCTS they have received our probate application, having submitted IHT400 etc and receiving the code. HMRC said they'll contact end of Feb if any queries about IHT so crossing everything we submitted was clear and accurate.

I'm anticipating a 4mth+ wait for any grant but wondered if anyone has any better estimate of current processing times.

I've just posted up the latest monthly data on this thread which goes up to October. I stopped posting up after July as nobody seemed to be looking at that but can start posting it up again as the monthly data comes in if anyone wants me to. The monthly update data is published on the second Thursday of each month

I'm stunned we have today - since posting the above - had the email saying it has been granted.....a day after the email saying they received the documents which I sent on 29th November.....
