THIS MORNING AND LOOSE WOMEN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC, Kenwood Travel Ltd and its associated agencies or affiliates companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

•    Prize Draw in relation to the This Morning and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, the This Morning app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Monday 23 December 2024. 
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and online at 3.00pm on Friday 24 January 2025. 
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 30 January 2025.  

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

•    The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
•    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

 

•    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN, APP or WINNER to 86060; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g entry credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on-screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize of £50,000, a car and holiday credit for up to two (2) holiday(s) to Thailand.

 

(i) £50,000 cash

 

This element of the prize consists of £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

(ii) A car

 

This element of the prize consists of a Land Rover Range Evoque in Seoul Pearl Silver exterior colour, including automatic transmission, first registration fee, road fund licence for the first year and £30 worth of fuel (petrol) (“Car”).

 

The prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to either: (i) the winner’s home address or (ii) the Group 1 Land Rover North West London dealership, at the winner’s choice, within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

 

Please note that the Car may include mileage for promotional purposes.  

 

(iii) A holiday credit

 

This element of the prize consists of holiday credit worth £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds) to redeem against up to two (2) Kenwood Travel holiday(s) to Thailand only as available at https://www.kenwoodtravel.co.uk/thailand-holidays. Please note that the winner must be the lead passenger for the holiday(s).

 

The winner must book their holiday(s) by midnight on 28 February 2027 (“Expiry Date”) and must take-up the holiday(s) by 31 December 2027. Any remaining funds will expire after the Expiry Date and be deemed null and void. If the winner does not redeem their Prize before the Expiry Date, the Prize will be deemed to be forfeited.

 

The winner can use the holiday credit to purchase accommodation(s) only or to purchase a package holiday including the following products (subject to availability): international flights to and from the UK; domestic/connecting flights if applicable; hotel accommodation and applicable meal plans; in-resort transfers; airport lounge passes; selected tours and excursions if applicable from the hotel; and/or selected resort extras such as a private candlelit dinner if applicable at the hotel. Please note that these travel products must be booked through Kenwood Travel. The holiday credit cannot be used to purchase flights or any other transport without accommodation(s). The holiday credit cannot be used to purchase anything at a resort including but not limited to items at the specialty or Gift shops, telephone calls, spa treatments or services, tours and excursions, inter island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes, weddings, wine from the manager’s wine list, ground transportation (outside of local airport transfers on the island where the selected or designated resort is located), travel insurance, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees and taxes, tests and vaccination, Visas and ESTAs.

 

Full payment is due at the time of booking and the winner may use the holiday credit as full or part payment. Where the winner’s booking is worth more than £15,000, the winner must pay any additional costs at the time of booking. Once a booking is confirmed, there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation and other charges may apply according to the airline (e.g. ticket reissue fees). If the value of the new holiday booked is higher than the original holiday, the winner will be liable to pay the difference. If the value of the new holiday is less than the original holiday, the winner will not be entitled to a refund of the difference.  If the reservation using all or part of the holiday credit is cancelled by the winner, no refund will be provided in either cash or voucher form.

 

There are restrictions on the number or age of the winner’s companion(s) however, where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the holiday(s).

 

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Thailand. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the holiday(s). It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider of the holiday credit. Neither the prize provider of the holiday credit nor the Promoter will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test, pre-travel or post-travel requirements. In the event that the winner’s is unable to travel due to invalid passports, this will result in a cancelled booking and the holiday will be forfeited.  It is also the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of the holiday credit of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The holiday credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It has no cash and/or refund value.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
