Lebara no Wi Fi Calling & VoLTE (LG V60)

Hi all,
I’m having some trouble getting VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling to work on my phone with a Lebara SIM. I’m hoping someone here has had a similar experience and can offer some advice.
Phone: LG V60
LMV600EA (EU variant)
LMV600EA (EU variant)
The Problem:
Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE don’t seem to work properly:
The Wi-Fi calling toggle is visible in the notification panel, but there’s no option for it in the phone settings.
When I test Wi-Fi calling by enabling airplane mode and connecting to Wi-Fi, calls won’t go through.
VoLTE also doesn’t seem to be functional—no HD voice or indication of VoLTE in use.
What I’ve Tried:
1. Accessed the hidden menu (*#546368#*600#).
2. Set the preferred operator to VDF and country to GB.
3. Enabled the Wi-Fi calling toggle under GPRI_VOLTE_VoWiFi -> UX.
These steps made the Wi-Fi calling toggle appear, but it still doesn’t work.
What Lebara Has Told Me:
I joined Lebara because it was highlighted that they offer 4G calling (VoLTE) and Wi-Fi calling as part of their services. However, I’ve now realized that they are only enabling these features for certain phones or specific models, which feels misleading.
When I contacted them, I had inconsistent reponses:
Some agents said both VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling are supported.
Others claimed only VoLTE is available (though I’ve not managed to get that working either).
They suggested adjusting APN settings, but that didn’t solve the problem.
It’s frustrating because I specifically chose this network for these features, but the selective enablement makes no sense.
My Questions:
1. Has anyone had this issue where Lebara won't service wificalling/volte and successfully enabled VoLTE or Wi-Fi calling?
2. Should I consider switching to another provider that fully supports these features?
I’m currently getting 4G/4G+ signals
Lebara mentioned ongoing 5G improvements in my area, though I’m unsure if that’s related.
I’ve read some reports that Lebara hasn't enabled these features on certain devices (e.g., Google Pixel), and some users had to use a third party app or other methods go get it working, which makes the situation even more confusing. I joined expecting full access to these features, and now I’m questioning whether staying with them is worth the hassle.
I've attached a screenshot from a post I made on the LGV60 Reddit group, but since no one there seemed to know or have an answer, I’m hoping to get some help here.
If anyone has experience with this or ideas on what to try next, I’d really appreciate your help.
Thanks in advance!

Probably not much help, but this issue has been raised before, there may be some ifo for you,

With VoLTE it has always been the case that each network operator publishes a list of compatible phone models. If your phone is not on the list VoLTE is not going to work.
If you simply must have VoLTE support get a new phone explicitly listed as supported by the mobile network operator.(*)
The problem is there is no single standard to adhere to. Here is a (slightly sarcastic and only slightly less geeky) explanation of the issue:

The above article calls it "The VoLTE Mess" with good reason.
(*) The same applies to other features such as WiFi Calling and eSIM support.0 -

The LG V60 is one of those phones from the end of the era when Android phones had unique implementations and patchy IMS support unless bought from your service provider.I can remember at the time people asking how to enable it. Not sure there was a resolution.0
