Ticketmaster account hacked

My partner had his Ticketmaster account hacked & they’ve sold on his tickets, withdrawing the money into an account which is not his. Ticketmaster have provided the bank details (not his) & have said there is nothing more they can do. His bank have claimed there is nothing they can do & he has reported it to the police. Has anyone had experience of this & the best course of action to get the tickets or money back?

There is no way to refund either the tickets or money bar a goodwill gesture from ticketmaster. His bank is right, his card was not compromised so they have no obligation to refund.

Allow time for the police to follow through with enquiries. They need to trace the account holder first.2
