    My situation is complicated by the fact there is joint ownership and lack of agreement on how to deal with subsidence. The FOS Complaint document is an opportunity to make a chronological account of the issues, tabulate expert reports and all correspondence. It is also a relief to see you aren’t being unrealistic when the reasoning is laid out section by section.

    Yes as Bluntington88 says. 

    The Ombudsman Complaint can turn out to be incredibly useful as support and evidence for other types of Court proceedings.

    (Court action is used for many things, apart from being needed if an FOS decision itself needs to be enforced.)
