Equifax alert

Had an e mail from Clearscore alerting me that a credit agreement is being added to my Equifax  report by EE.  This agreement was cancelled with a zero balance in February this year so can't understand why its being added to my credit report now.  Its not showing on Experian or Transunion

I've not contacted EE to query this yet as my updated  credit report showing this won't be available until end of week and I want to see what detail it shows first.  Has anyone here had this happen to them? Thanks.
