The alleged parking event occurred on 29th July 2024

Your Notice to Keeper is dated 12th July 2024

Therefore, the earliest deemed delivery date would be
    • Day 1: Monday 15th July 2024
    • Day 2: Tuesday 16th July 2024
Something wrong with your dates!  Did you mean 29th June?

Just a quick one.  Should i submit a Subject Access Report to Smart Parking ltd as a matter of routine and request dcb legal place case on hold until smart parking have replied before showing my cards with my reply to their letter of claim?

Never do a SAR. No need to break into a sweat over not try to delay a Smart Parking case.

You want the claim and you don't need to see any evidence.
