YBS App

Anyone having issues with the YBS app today?, was logged in fine earlier then went for another login and it's come up like I've never used the app, now asking for username/customer number etc

Works fine for me on my android tablet.

I called YBS, got them to give me a temporary password/reset things etc, as I didn't have my customer number or account details up, thankfully it seems to be working fine again now.

Also made a note of my customer number incase it happens again.

Dunno why it just suddenly stopped working, I was only browsing savings accounts.

I always use online banking with YBS, I used to think that was clunky but having tried the app I realised that was worse! May be better now but I prefer online.

I've had exactly the same thing happen to me, had to go through the setup process again. I think it's just a random thing, as it's been fine since.
