Case has been struck out due to no payment of trial fee and trial of our date has been vacated.

Great stuff but what a waste of your time this whole scam was. Appalling that they are allowed to carry on like this, wasting court time & money and scaring people.

CEL have just sent through their witness statement today via email… I have had a paper notification and email confirmation from the courts that the claim has been struck out due to non payment. I assuming this is just CEL flexing their incompetence?

What could happen from here?

You'll have to wait & see if it was an oversight by the court - cases are sometimes reinstated - but show us the strike out Order.
