    Hello everyone.
just an update, recently had the mediation in which I offered nothing, and as you stated 5 minutes of a job, and not scary at all. Everything you guys said would happen in your threads has happened, and being able to follow it with your tips has been a god send so thank you for that.

I have recently received emails from both DCB and Gldstones offering an out of court settlement of 85 pounds to avoid expensive court costs! Is this all normal and to be expected?

also should I reply to said email?

Thank you again for all your assistance!

Its normal,  yes, if you take our advice and ignore then eventually its likely that the case will be discontinued

So its following the usual pattern,  as expected
  • Thank you for your response Gr1pr.
I shall ignore as you say!
    Thanks again.

  • Just shows that following all the newbie threads, and following all your advice really works!

    Oooh well done - congrats.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

But I'm sure you want to stand up and be counted... we need the actual attached NoD for @Umkomaas to include your win in his disco thread.
