    aww sorry to hear that the x is the x again and as triker said try not to be bitter - take it as a lesson learned and move on...re the flat hope that you can now enjoy it in true dfw style and settle in for a happy 2009...can understand what you mean about waiting to get out of a year - some really are the pits arent they eh!! onwards and upwards me lovely...start afresh. And as for being even a teeny weeny bit responsible for woofer I think not...just the way things are and I'm sure he knew he was a loved woofer! Hang in there...
