Octopus Mini flashing white, have to power cycle it to recover it.
FAQ here, flashing white not mentioned.
What does flashing white mean? It started happening about 2 weeks ago, will trigger every 2-3 days, and only way to recover is to power cycle it, whilst flashing white it stops feeding live data.

At a guess, the Home Mini lost the WiFi connection. I'd suggest checking your router logs to see if anything out of the ordinary happened.
