I was at grammar school in the 60s. A good old fashioned leather satchel lasted the 7 yearsIvanOpinion said:I used to go through at least one school bag a year. It probably didn't help that they got used as goalposts and sometimes the ball. Given it lasted less than 6 months I would definitely push for a new one though - not of suitable quality.

Only if they are unable to prove it isn't an inherent fault or that it wasnt insufficiently durable as a backpack (not as a football)Down to them to prove and if they won't repair or replace (or prove the bag did conform) a full refund is due.0 -
