Parking Control Management

Good evening,
Please forgive me for my ignorance with these matters. I am new here and am finding navigating the site quite stressful due to my ADHD. I am struggling to get my head around it all.
Perhaps someone could advise me or point me in the right direction.
I received a PCN from PCM on 03.11.24. The reason given was that my vehicle was "parked in a manner that contravenes the terms and conditions for the use of the private land on which it was observed and photographed"
It was entirely my fault (I should have checked), even though I had not been the driver that parked the car.
I submitted an appeal using a template from here somewhere which did not give the name of the driver.
I have received a letter in response stating that I "have refused to name the driver at the time of the contravention, as is your right; but without evidence that you are the registered keeper of the vehicle, we are unable to determine your liability for this charge."
"If, indeed, you are the registered keeper, we will be happy to process your representation after DVLA details have been sought and a Notice to Keeper has been issued."
It then gives me the option to pay or for the driver to make their own appeal.
The charge is no longer £60 and has gone up to £100.
Can anyone give me advice? Should I reply or ignore? I'm at a loss as to what to do.
Thank you

They are phishing for the drivers details
Do not respond, it's pointless, they arent interested in whatever you say, plus you should not reveal who was driving
Why did you appeal ? What did you expect to happen ?4 -
Just ignore PCM. There was no appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
