Difficulty accessing Google mail via Chrome from Android

My googlemail account keeps becoming inaccessible via my android device every few weeks. It advises me to delete cookies. I can't see any way of deleting cookies for the specific site via my android device, it only offers to delete all cookies. I could delete cookies for the site via my desktop via Wiindows 11 assuming the cookies are stored centrally on Chrome. However, I'm terrified of losing passwords, settings and access.
Also why is this specific site always causing this difficulty? I'm sure I use other sites far more. Neither have I ever had problems accessing Googlemail via windows/desktop despite not deleting cookies for years. It seems to be a problem with Android and this Googlemail site specifically.

Why not use the gmail app instead of web browser?2

Cookies are per device, not central. So clearing them on your Windows 11 device will not do anything on the Android Device.
But as stated, use the Gmail app on Android not Chrome browser.
Clearing cookies will not removes passwords either though.1 -

Yeah I'll do that.

It will usually be the settings in the browser. Also, have you updated your apps?0
