Chrome Saying Site not Secure

I like to look at the site hotUKDeals.

I have always had this as a bookmark and everything worked fine.

Over the past couple of days (I've changed nothing at my end) it won't load at all

If I do a Google search for hotUKdeals, the site appears, but clicking on the 'main' link again it won't load, but if I click on one of the lower 'deals' section, it opens quickly

If I try and bookmark this page .. it won't open

Clicking on the exclamation mark to the left of the site address it says .. connection not secure

What can I do in the future .. to alow this to open normally

Issues with profile based browsers of which Google Chrome is one are almost always caused by extensions or a profile issue.

So the first thing to do is use another browser (Edge or Firefox or similar).  If the issue goes away in the other browser your Chrome has a problem.

So extensions first:

If the issue goes away an extension is causing it.

If it continues it may be a profile issue, so make a new one:

If the problem goes away the profile was corrupt.

If its fine in another browser but plays up in Chrome even with no extensions and a new profile, something else on the computer is causing the problem with Chrome.

Yeah it means you have your browser set to "high" security settings. 

You should change it in "settings"
