The front bit that you turn the shower on and off with just keeps turning, I'll put photo down below. Where can I get the front replacement bit ?

Google "TS1503 knob" but it looks discontinued. The substitute replacement parts look expensive. Perhaps try eBay.
Can you post a photo of the back of it and the splines on the valve it pushes on to?1
